This is a beautiful lot right on the north fork of the Duchesne River with frontage on both sides of the river. This is about 5 miles north of Hanna. This area is considered to be one of the best recreational areas in the state. There is a lot of public ground for great hunting in the area. Good fishing on the river and you are on the road to the High Uintahs for fishing on all of the lakes and streams, as well as hunting in that area. In the summer when Wolf Creek Pass is open (as of right now it is open, it closes in the winter,) it's only about an hour and 15 minutes to the Salt Lake City valley. There is a caf, bar, and small grocery store in the small town of Hanna. It's about 35 minutes Duchesne City, the county seat, with most services available.
